I am translating a license agreement.
In the agreement, it seems like "overlandlord" is used as the same meaning as "owner" of a premise. What is the Japanese word for "overlandlord"? Also what is "Prime Lease" in Japanese?

転貸借（サブリース）物件の所有者のことです。所有者が overlandlord で、overlandlord から借り受けて他者に貸す人（たいていは不動産管理会社）をsublandlord と言います。
