In addition, the word "isometric" means that the lengths remain the same, whereas the length of the side AB changes under the transformation.

Google for "parallelogram" and "area" and you will find a whole pile of junior high level websites, with none of them using a specific term.

Despite everyone's best efforts, it certainly seems that there is no commonly-used English expression for this term.
In your translation, why don't you use "toseki henkei" (in romanized italics or whatever), followed by a description of the method in parentheses. For both you and the target reader of your translation, this may turn out to be the most accurate and user-friendly option.
