Maire-Président Explanation: Las ciudades autónomas de Ceuta y Melilla son presididas por un Alcalde-presidente ya que aunque son una administración (por no decir región ni autonomía, por su reducido tamaño) con una cierta autonomía, no dejan de ser un municipio, y debido precisamente a su reducidísimo tamaño, tienen las dos administraciones territoriales en una, la autonomía y la municipal, de ahí que se llaman ciudades autónomas. Por lo tanto ese es el cargo de la máxima autoridad en esos territorios y creo que hay dejarlo tal cual "Maire-Président".
