Bio
I grew up bilingual with Swedish and English as my native languages. Translation became a natural part of my life as my family moved between Scandinavia, the Middle East, and the United States. I have a BA degree in French literature, an MA in Middle Eastern Studies, and I am a PhD candidate in Comparative Literature working on a dissertation in Arabic literature. I have studied Arabic for eleven years, during which I have lived extensively in Morocco and Egypt. I have professional experience in translation from Swedish to English and Arabic to English.
