I have an honours degree in education, specialising in Malay language.

I also have a Masters in Modern Language. My thesis studied Loanwords from English to Malay in the field of mathematics, and this work was later published in the journal Language and Linguistics.

I have experience in education, teaching Malay language at basic and advanced levels, and also assisting my college with in-house tranlations of subject synopses.
