Bio

Bilingual in Portuguese and English, I fell in love with languages at a very early age, learning to read & write Indian Punjabi aged 10. Since then, over the years, I have "dabbled" to greater or lesser degrees in 13 different languages (several using non-latin alphabets), working as a translator in Portuguese, English, Sign Language, Punjabi, Spanish, amongst others. 

I have worked as an interpreter (consecutive & simultaneous) in conferences, hospitals, social services, court rooms and have delved into a plethora of different types of written translation, ranging from PhD theses to song lyrics. 

An avid learner, I am always up for a new language challenge and, as research is any good translator's secret weapon, am always glad to look into new types of translation.
