Boris Lubenov Drenski

my education

I was born in Sofia, in 1986.

Studied German as a primary language in a private elementary school, 1st - 7th (incl.).

Continued to study German, as a secondary language, while educating myself in English as a primary one during my two-year-long photography intern in high-school.

Graduated a four-year-long study in two! Moved abroad.


In Biel/Bienne, Switzerland:

Completed a mandatory interrogatory class with German as a primary language and French as a secondary. 

Finished local schooling by finalizing a second year of study, still main focus on German.I left out French.

Fast-forward a couple of years...



my work experience

Back in Sofia:

Launched my career-path adventure by starting as  'customer support representative' lvl. 1 agent in a growing multi-lingual BPO enterprise.

Two years later got my promotion to an SME (Subject Matter Expert). The promotions continued for the next four years to my last position as Project Manager, having circa sixty cs-reps subordinates.


During these years I practiced my language skills daily, on a professional level, from customer, to business oriented communication and even eventually had to make sure everyone's communiques are well fitted and perfectly structured and written, thus additionally gaining experience using both German and English languages.

I am using the knowledge gained to acquire freelance projects, as a secondary income, since I work in IT Dev ops for a couple of years now...
