After completing my matriculation exam in Finland in 1998, I decided to get to know other countries too. I worked in England and in Spain for two years and then started my BA studies in England, Portsmouth. I did there Latin American Development -studies and right after my graduation I moved to Finland do my master's degree on Intercultural Encounters. In between my studies I have also spent two years in Bolivia and Chile, working in different NGOs. The work that I have done in those NGOs has always been linked to indigenous people's needs. Apart from working in projects as an investigator I have also done translating and interpreting for those NGOs.
