Wie kann ich ein Angebot für eine unbekannte Menge schreiben?

Guten Morgen,

ich soll Videotexte (Kurse/Technik) für einen Kunden übersetzen. Er will ca. 400 in 2021/22 erstellen.

Er ist mit meinem Honorar nach seiner E-Mail einverstanden: ich kann 2-3 Videos für X€ pro Stunde übersetzen.

Nun er möchte, dass ich ein Angebot für den Zeitraum bis 31.12.21 nächste Woche schreibe.

Das Problem: die Anzahl der Videos für Dez. ist unbekannt.

Ich möchte, dass das AN auch für mich preislich (langfristig) interessant ist.
Die Übersetzung ist manchmal bei langen Videos anstrengend.

Kann ich einfach einen Angebot-Text per E-Mail schicken?

E-Mail von dem Projektleiter:

I had a chance to discuss your offer with Mr. Evers and accepted your offer from X€ per hour for the beginning phase. After a certain time, like end of december we can reevaluate the increase for you. In addition to that Mr. Evers kindly requested a written offer from you to seal the deal.
