Problem renewing Transit NXT license

Hi everyone,

I have tried to renew my Transit NXT license via License Upgrade.

However, I got this error message: "Configuration Data Load Error". I thought of using the "Repair software" function on my laptop but now the software is not even listed.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

PS. I managed to renew the license without any problem on my backup laptop, but why the license renewal process does not work on my regular laptop is a mystery to me. ▲ Collapse
