Japanese to English translations [Non-PRO]
Japanese term or phrase: ???
tomadou hima saenai kurai ni (ride on time) or (right on time)
stashhound
English translation:No time even to be confused
Explanation:
tomadou: to be at a loss or to be confused, not knowing how to react
meguru: to rotate, to pass
hima: spare time, idle time

Time passes fast, giving me no time even to be confused (about something), so (I feel or there are) passionate heartbeats inside of me now. No verb is used in the last line of the song you posted. I added two possible verbs for better understanding.

no time to hesitate

Explanation:
I found the lyrics in what seems like a private homepage and the English words spelled out there are "Ride on time".
I don't know where the lyrics were gotten from but it is probably copied from the original lyrics.
