rephrase Explanation: The guy is obviously making a series of puns related to liquids and bottles: coulait de source, prendre de la bouteille. Unless you can think of a funny way of expressing the same idea (which I can't), I'd just say: PET is not suitable for making bottles used for oxygen-sensitive beverages. I think the technical explanation must be that PET reacts with the oxygen-sensitive drinks or that it contains some micro-pores that let oxygen through (but don't quote me). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2003-04-10 14:53:17 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I don\'t think \"durable\" is right, since, as Bourth\'s research confirms, the problem is permeability.
