Hi all,
I made the mistake of updating to V 6.0, and it turns out my client's server is for V 5.7 so I have to reinstall the older version. Do you know where I can find it?

Hi Andrea,
As I understand it, there should be no problem if your client has 5.7. My client's server offers me to load a downgrade version, but there was no such need as everything runs OK. I am even unaware about which version runs on the server. Maybe the problem is somewhere else?

It will be on the across FTP server - ftp.across,net
BUT the bad news is you need to know in advance the full path and filename as that FTP server does not show ANY directory names or files at all when you login with your FTP client.
Create a ticket on the across website and ask for the full path. Once you have that, you can copy and paste it into your FTP client.
I really don't understand why that FTP server has no /pub directory.

Hi Jessica,
Here is the path to the full version of Across PE v5.7:
ftp://ftp.across.net/across_5.7/Across_v5.7_en_Client_PE.zip
Beware: this file is over 1GB and will take some time to download. After you have installed it, you will need to apply the latest patch -- see above.

I can confirm that Across PE v5.7 runs fine in Windows XP SP3; it also runs fine within Virtual Machines, which is great for testing...
