原書のテキスト - 英語 Pork Katsu Sando is a breaded pork cutlet sandwich that is as appealing to the eyes as it is to the palate. Breaded and fried cutlets of pork, called katsu in Japanese, meet up with chopped raw cabbage between two pieces of a fluffy white milk bread called shokupan.
Sando is the abbreviated form of the Japanese word sandotichi. Katsu is short for katsuretsu. Pork katsu sando is just beautiful and delicious. It also has a great variety of textures and health benefits.
