Hi, the best place to ask translation questions on this site is KudoZ (http://www.proz.com/kudoz), but in this case I realize that the files above are images and that you may not be able to enter them in KudoZ.

Hi

The words are indeed partly rude, but they are not Arabic. They are English in Arabic script. I'll send you an email with their content, as it's not really something in the general interest.
