Please, all liberal profession translators from Romania, I need your help!

I am a translator registered at ANAF as liberal profession, with authorization from JM. I am about to get my FIC (CIF), and I heard about all these mandatory registry books I have to keep. Is anyone able to tell me which these are, where can I get them from, etc?
