Hello everyone
Since I often translate SDLXLIFF files in another program (Wordfast Classic, to be exact), even though I do have a licence for Trados 2011 and have it installed on my computer, I'm often bothered by the fact that the meaning of tags in segments in an SDLXLIFF file are not visible inside the translatable segment. Since I often translate SDLXLIFF files in another program (Wordfast Classic, to be exact), even though I do have a licence for Trados 2011 and have it installed on my computer, I'm often bothered by the fact that the meaning of tags in segments in an SDLXLIFF file are not visible inside the translatable segment. This is because the segments in the body of the SDLXLIFF file contain only short tags with IDs, with the IDs defined in the header of the SDLXLIFF file. So I wrote a small pair of scripts (in AutoIt) to help me put the meaning into the tags in all or selected cases. I often only need some of the tags to be meaningful, not all of them.
I'm not sure if this would be useful to anyone else, but here it is...
