有必要买伤残保险吗？

我买的是收入保险(income protection), 一是以防万一，二是费用可以纳入年终交税时的成本。
具体金额与欲保收入、工作性质、身体现状和索赔等待期有关。
只要是医生证明丧失部分或全部工作能力即可索赔。
如果将寿险和医疗保险放在同一家公司还会有些优惠。

我的这个说到底，目的也是为了保障收入。我当时让保险经纪按照每月3千，等待一年索赔报的价格，每月240多。据说也是医生开证明就可以了。至于税，保险经纪的说法是，如果现在保费纳入成本，那么以后索赔得到的收入就需要纳税，否则，索赔收入不需纳税。
