When they start to burn or water, then I've been on the computer too long. Yes, even after the generous administration of eye drops.

Sometimes this, sometimes the others are complaining. The fingers more frequently but if I don't watch out for the back, it can down me unexpectedly for a longer period any time. Goes back a long way...

Shoulders, neck and upper back, due to my perennial bad posture. My wrists too, although using Dragon to dictate means I'm typing less, which takes some of the strain off them.

I was about to write eyes but actually, the first part of my body that warns me is my legs.
I fell them swelling and I feel I need to stand up and go for a walk just for a few minutes.
Often, my wrist bothers me as well. In that case, I have been at the computer from an even longer time.

My back always tells me to take a break after two or three hours. I always obey the command.

When I start to struggle with apparently simple sentences and my typing is full of mistakes, a dose of fresh air and some exercise usually fixes the problem.

The first symptom is a headache. But it's surely caused by my eyes, so I don't know what the correct answer would be.
