Socorro eu perdi 70% do meu projeto de tradução no wordfast.

Olá a todos, eu sou novo na área e por alguma razão meu projeto de tradução que estava finalizado acaba de perder 70% de seu conteúdo. Há uma forma de reaver isso? Foi um erro da cat tool... eu uso o wordfast gratuito. Eu tinha todo o texto feito e hoje ele sumiu...

Essa triste e trabalhosa situação costuma ser um ótimo aprendizado sobre a importância de fazermos backup várias vezes por dia. Costumo usar um disco removível conectado ao USB e ter um programa de backup programado para rodar a cada duas horas, atualizando o que produzo. Desejo sucesso com a recuperação de seus dados!

Os segmentos não foram gravados na TM (translation memory)?
(Vou continuar em inglês que é mais fácil para mim!)

If the segments have been stored in the TM, you could just open the project in Wordfast again and press alt + right arrow to search the TM for this segment.
Insert the match if you find one, then continue with alt + arrow down and the TM match for the next segment should show.

Apologies if this is much too obvious and you have tried this already - I don't know how new you are!

Another slim chance might be to open Windows explorer (or equivalent if you don't use Windows) and searching for a particular word you know you used in the translation; with luck, any document containing any saved version of your project can be found.

Finally, try posting your question in English in the Wordfast forum or on the Wordfast website (hotline, or contacts, or another form). In my experience, people there are helpful and usually reply reasonable fast.

There is no direct way to recover a deleted document. But there is a workaround:
Upload again the source document
Pre-translate it using the same TM that was used on the deleted document

Infelizmente este tradutor iniciante não fez backup, eu não executei a função commit e não tinha criado a minha TM por simplesmente desconhecer desses procedimentos, eu simplesmente traduzi "no braço" e achei que estava armazenado na CAT.Como disseram na postagem: nada como uma chacoalhada para entrar na carreira e ir aprendendo...
