I think a price of abt. 100 EUR is reasonable for a second-hand ver.8 - it seems to be a legal copy, cheaper offers are most probably cracks. Some $700 for Ventura 10 is reasonable, too, if you're willing to invest that much.

I´ve allready searched eBay.
My problem is, I need the software by Tuesday next week, July 19th, at the latest. I need to work with it urgently, but maybe just only this time. So investing of 700 $ is defintely too much.
