Alternative to Translation Office 3000

I have been using TO 3000 for many years and am quite happy with it, unfortunately since the latest version (3D) it has becomes increasingly frustrating to use.

It is extremly slow and constantly freezes when I try to use, this really slows down my workflow and is really frustrating.

I have been looking for alternatives but unfortunately most of them seem to be web based and I'm not really happy "sharing" my data with the companies, I prefer keeping it on my PC.
