New Mexico is full of Spanish-speakers, so knowledge of Spanish should be a screenable job requirement for all 911 response personnel. Not to make it a requirement is unpardonable. Now for more "exotic" languages, an interpreting (not translation) company could be the answer. Maybe this situation should be brrought to the attention of Gov. Susana Martínez, I'm sure she would fix it.
