24-hour time display

Non-PRO 日本語 から 英語 芸術/文学
When you say 15:00 instead 3:00, 22:00 instead 10:00 how do you call this way of expressing the time?
Can I say "24-hour time display"?
Please correct the sentence:
"The time is displayed by 24-hour time display"
Thanks!

23分

The time is displayed using a 24-hour clock.

If you want to be very clear, add "(e.g. 3:00 PM is shown as 15:00)."

19分

時間は24時間で表示されます。

This is the Army way of saying 15:00 for 3:00, 22:00 for 10:00 etc. Hence for 12:00 you say 24:00 hours. Therefore you should say as 24:00 hours only.

But it is not clear whether you require only the explanation of how to call 12 hrs or you need the Japanese translation. Your question has to be modified to give an exact answer.
