P:通常の販売価額の７０％以上であれば課税（給与）の問題は生じません。
A:会社が、社員に対して値引販売する場合の経済的利益（給与課税）は、次の要件のいずれにも該当するものであれば課税しなくてよいこととされています。
①値引販売に係る価額が、会社の取得価額以上であり、かつ、通常他に販売する価額に比し著しく低い価額でないこと・・・著しく低い価額とは、おおむね７０％未満とされています。
②値引率が、役員もしくは使用人の全部につき一律に、又はこれらの者の地位、勤続年数等に応じて全体としてバランスが保たれる範囲内の格差を設けて定められていること
③値引販売をする商品等の数量は、一般の消費者が自己の家事のために通常消費すると認められる程度のものであること
なお、ここにいう通常他に販売する価額とは、小売業者であればその小売価格、卸売業者であれば卸売価格、製造業者であればその販売価格をいいます。
