Born in small village, Rottenmann, in Austria, I lived and worked in Madrid, Spain, from 1990 to 2004. After a three years stay in Vienna/Austria (2005-2008), I returned to Madrid in 2009 where I am living and working since then.

I have been working as a freelance translator since 1994. Specializing in Patent translation since 1998, I have translated about 2000+ patent applications, up to now. Since 2007, I have been dedicating myself exclusively to translating patent applications (automotive, biology, chemistry, electronics, information technology, medical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications…).

My strong points are experience, quality and reliability.

I was born in Rottenmann (Styria/Austria). I studied Translation (English and Spanish), as well as German Philology, at the Karl Franzens University in Graz/Styria, Austria.

Since 1994 I have been working exclusively as a freelance translator (English and Spanish), translating texts in various fields of specialization for agencies, companies and private clients, and in many occasions also for television and press.

Since 1998 I have been working with several agencies specialized in patent translation, in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, and the United States.

I am using the operating system Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010.
