This guide explains the usable functions when NEC package is applied.
1.2 Add Package
The following operations can be performed to add NEC package.
¡¤ The following setting items are added to "Server setting".
- Project Profile Server
If it is set, project information can be diverted from the project profile when registering a project.
- Order Management Server
If it is set, an order can be set up from the management server in the "Expense plan" of the project updating/registration.
- URL of KM
If it is set, the button is displayed at upper left of the page. Click the button to show the KM page.
- Reference URL of KM
If it is set, "Browse KM" is displayed on the right click menu of work list, and KM page can be displayed.
- Glossary setting
Terms, such as "Activity" and "Workflow", can be combined to SDUP.
¡¤ The following buttons are displayed on the "Expense plan" of project registration/updating.
- Estimated calculation ¡Use estimated support tool to perform estimated calculation.
- Estimated calculation result ¡ the calculation result of an estimated support tool is reflected on the page.
¡¤ ¡°Order Agreement Status List¡± menu is added to the "Organization management" portlet of the list view, and the order agreement status can be browsed.
¡¤ ¡°Technical Support¡± menu is added to the "Option" portlet of the Project Portal, and inquiries and FAQ can be browsed.
¡¤ By "Defect report" of quality control, "Fixed item form" can be selected when importing/exporting.
