Finding a date and location that would work - before the holiday rush Nov 3, 2010

It's about time for another powwow-event in Toronto - and probably we should be doing it before the holiday stress hits us all.
I'd suggest to either return to our "old room" in what used to be Richtree and now is Le Marche Mövenpick at Wellington/Yonge (King subway station) or to The Keg Mansion on Jarvis (both locations we have been to before)

Hi Hege and thanks for organizing this.
The date and either location work fine for me, although Le Marche sounds a little more attractive.
