Description
Freelancers are jugglers by definition. Successful freelancers know how to juggle everything in an effective way.

In one hour, you will learn how to be a project manager for your translation business and co-ordinate your own translation projects, collaborators and time in an efficient and simple way.
We will explore the basics of planning and organising your projects and time, explain how a few useful tools such as Excel and Trello work, what are the important steps in the management of a translation project, and the we will also talk about building and managing a team of collaborators.
