2. Përmbledhje e Projektit:
Qëllimi i projektit : Trajnimi i mesuesve, logopedisteve, asistenteve te komunikimit per te rritur njohurit profesionale ne fushen teorike dhe praktike dhe integrimi i personave me aftësi te kufizuara ne shoqerine civile.
Ky projekt zbatohet në partneritet me “Magis” ,Qendra sociale “Murialdo”,DAR Fier,
Puna ku do te fokusohet zbatimi i projektit , do të jetë, rritja e kapaciteteve profesionale të mesuesve ,logopedisteve,asistenteve te komunikimit të cilët do të vlerësojnë aftësitë e fëmijëve në fushën akademike, si dhe do të hartojnë objektivat për ata fëmijë, të cilët kanë nevojë të mbështeten gjatë proçesit të arsimimit të tyre.
Në fokus të aktiviteteve që do të zhvillohen , do të jetë dhe organzimi i seancave të trajnimit të logopedistëve, asistenteve të komukimit, prindërve, mësuesve në qendrën tone, si një vazhdimësi duke përdorur si metodologji bazë trajnimin në vendin e punës; trajnim dhe këshillim në grup ose mbi baza individuale për prinderit e fëmijëve të përfshirë në projekt.
Në kuadrin e zbatimit të Konventës për të Drejtat e Personave me Aftësi të Kufizuara, e cila është miratuar nga qeveria Shqiptare dhe pret ratifikimin nga Parlamenti gjatë këtij viti, si dhe për të përgjithësuar arritjet e projektit do të organizohet një Konferencë me pjesëmarrjen e të gjithë aktorëve që punojnë në drejtim të realizimit të arsimit gjithëpërfshirës.
Grupi i synuar
Gjatë zbatimit të projektit në Fier pritet që numri i fëmijëve përfitues drejtëpersedrejti në këtë projekt do të jetë 15 prej të cilëve __ nxënës në shkolla ; __ fëmijë në arsimin parashkollor .Patologjite qe do të trajtohen janë :
1- Afazi disfuksion i komunikimit
2-Belbezimi
3-Disartri dhe anartri nga demtime te ndryshme te trurit
4-Disfagia
5-Disfazia
6-Probleme artikulimi
7-Vonese e zhvillimit gjuhesor
8-Probleme ne tempin e perdorur per te folur.
9-Probleme te kordave vokale
10-Crregullime te degjimit
11-Probleme komunikimi ne individet me prapambetje mendore.
Nëpërmjet aktiviteteve që do të organizohen në këtë institucion , mesuesit do të kenë mundësi të zhvillojnë vlera qytetare, duke u ndërgjegjësuar për rëndësinë e diversitetit dhe pranimin e ndryshueshmërisë ndërmjet femijeve dhe tu sherbeje si një vlerë dhe jo si pengesë.
Aktivitetet kryesore që do të realizohen gjatë zbatimit të këtij projekti janë:
Aktivitete që do të synojnë:
• Identifikimin e fëmijëve me aftësi të kufizuara , si dhe përcaktimi i nevojave arsimore
• Monitorimi i nivelit të zhvillimit të fëmijëve dhe atë të njohurive të tyre akademike,në bazë të hartimit dhe zbatimit të objektivave të përcaktuara .
• Trajnime të logopedistëve ,asistentëve të komunikimit,prindërve dhe mësuesve.
• Fuqizimin e kapaciteteve të grupeve të vlerësimit ,diagnostifikim dhe trajnimit të femijëve me aftësi te kufizuara.
• Seanca këshillimi në grup dhe mbi baza individuale prindërve të fëmijëve me aftësi të kufizuara nga stafi i projektit.
• Shkëmbim eksperiencash midis prindërve, logopedistëve,mesuesve ,asistentëve të komunikimit që punojnë direkt me fëmijë me aftësi të kufizuar .
• Mbajtja e të dhënave statistikore rregullisht , për të parë rezultatet e arritura në arsimimin e fëmijëve me aftësi të kufizuara gjatë vitit, për të vlerësuar arritjet dhe nevojat e fëmijëve për një arsimim bazuar në aftësite që ata kanë.
• Paisja e klasave me një bazë të pasur didaktike me qëllim lehtësimin arsimimit të fëmijëve me aftësi të kufizuara .
• Paisja e klasave me lojra te ndryshme ku femijet pervecse te luajne te punohet të punohet dhe me motorikën globale dhe fine.
• Publikimi dhe shpërndarja e mjeteve informative si ” broshura “ dhe fletëve informative për prindër , specialistë të arsimit , komunitetin e gjerë shkollor , për tu ardhur në ndihmë me njohuritë e reja që duhet të kenë , kur kanë të përfshirë në shkollat dhe kopshte fëmije me aftësi të kufizuara .
• Organzimin e aktiviteteve sensibiluzese e ndërgjegjegjësuese për të rritur nivelin e ndërgjegjësimit të strukturave arsimore, punonjësve të arsimit, komuniteteve shkollore për rëndësinë e punës në grup, forcimin e bashkëpunimit me prindërit, krijimin e një klime mbështetëse e pranuese për fëmijët me aftësi të kufizuara në kopshte e shkolla .
• Organizimi i aktivitetve sportive(ne vende te hapura) duke u dhenë mundesi argetimi femijëve dhe mundesine e bashkëveprimit me njeri-tjetrin.
• Eliminimi i mangesive arsimore specifike ne arsimin gjitheperfshires dhe shkollat speciale shtetrore.
• Organizimi i aktiviteve sportive ku nepermjet lojes te zhvillojne aktivitetin fizik duke permisuar motoriken globale dhe fine.
• Organizimi i ekskursioneve te ndryshme , ku femijet te kene mundesi te shohin se bota qe i rrethon eshte me e madhe sesa mendojne ata dhe te te berit te ndjerit njelloj si te tjeret.
• Organizimi i një Konference për te raportuar arritjet e projektit cdo 4 muaj.

2.Project summary:
Project purpose: Training of teachers, logopedists, assistants of communication in order to increase professional skills in theoretical and practical field, and the society integration of persons with limited abilities.
This project is implemented in partnership with “Magis”,Social center “Murialdo”,DAR FIER
The aim of the project is to increase the professional skills of teachers, logopedists, assistants of communication who will asses children’s skills in the academic field and will develop objectives for those children, who need to be supported during the process of their education.
The focus of activities to be developed ,will be organize training sessions for logopedists, in our center as a continuum-based methodology using training in the workplace, training and group counseling and individual basis for parents of children involved in the project.
In the framework of the “Convention on the Rights of Persons with Limited Abilities”, wich was approved by the Albanian Government and awaits ratification by parliament this year,and also generalize the achievements of the project will organize a conference with the participation of all actors working towards the implementation of inclusive education.
Target group
During project implementation in Fier is expected that the number of children whom will benefit will be estimated to 15 pupils of whom_in schools;_child in preschool education.
Pathologies to be treated:
1-Aphasia communication dysfuntion
2-Stuttering
3-Dysarthri and anarthria different from brain injury
4-Dysphagia
5-Dysphazi
6-Articulation problems
7-Linguistic development delay
8-Problems in the pace of used to talking
9-Vocal chords problem
10-Hearing disorders
11-Communication problems in individuals with mental backwardness.
Through activities that will be offered at this institution,teachers will be able to develop civil values, focus in the importance of diversity and acceptance of changeableness among children and to serve as a value and not as an obstacle.
Main activities to be conducted during the implementation of this project;
Activities that will aim:
-Identification of children with limited abilities,and defining the educational needs.
-Monitoring children's development level and that of their academic knowledge, based on the design and implementation of targets(goals).
-Trainings of logopedistists, communication assistants,parents and teachers.
-Strengthening the capacities of groups of assessment, diagnosis and training of children with limited abilities.
-Group counseling sessions on an individual basis, to parents of children with limited abilities from project staff.
- Exchanging and sharing opinon among logopedistists,teachers communication assistants, who work directly with children with limited abilities.
-Maintaining statistical data regularly, to see the results achieved in the education of children with limited abilities during the year, to evaluate the achievements and needs for an education based on their needs.
- Classrooms with the necessary didactic tools, in order to facilitate the education of children with limited abilities.
-Equiping classroom with different games where children not only could play, but also to get used to global and fine motor science
-Publication and distribution of informational tools such as brochures and information notes for parents,education specialists,the wider school community,to assist with new aacquaintances who should have,when they are involved in school and kindergarten children with limited abilities.
-Organization of activities in order to raise awarness on the level of educational structures,educational staff,school comunities about the importance working in a team,strengthening the cooperation with parents,creating a supportive and accepting climate,for children with limited abilities in kindergarten and schools.
- Sport activities (in open places)by giving children enternaiment and the possibility of interaction with each other.
-Eliminate specific educational gaps in comprehensive education(wide fields education), and state special schools.
- Sport activities thruogh games, in order to develop physical activities and improve global and fine motor science.
- Organization of different excursions where children have the opportunity to see that the world around them is greater than they think,and feel the same as others.
-Organizing a Conference to report the achievements of the project every 4 months.

Rimini, antica e moderna, popolare e di cultura, spettacolare e artigianale è stata cantata e immortalata da quel gran Maestro del cinema italiano che è stato Federico Fellini, il quale con la sua arte ne ha esportato il mito in tutto il mondo.
San Marino
A 750 metri d'altezza, nel più antico e piccolo Stato Sovrano del mondo che da secoli mantiene la sua libertà e indipendenza, ci si trova già all'estero. Sul monte Titano svettano i profili delle sue tre torri sormontate a penna, (la Guaita, la Cesta e il Montale) simbolo della Repubblica che vanta, tra le tante glorie, una notevole storia e tradizione filatelica e numismatica, assai apprezzate in tutto il mondo.
Santarcangelo
Una porta sul passato, un paese un pò speciale, una perla nella Valmarecchia "dei poeti": questa è Santarcangelo! Ed è qui che i poeti del "Circal de giudeizi" si trovano, insieme al loro caposcuola Tonino Guerra. Tappe d'obbligo la Rocca Malatestiana, il Convento dei Cappuccini, la Pescheria ottocentesca, l'Arco e la Piazza dedicata a Papa Ganganelli, le "misteriose" grotte tufacee e i negozi d'artigianato del ferro battuto e della stampa a ruggine delle tele.
San Leo
Nel cuore della Valmarecchia, su un colle di 600 metri, c'è San Leo, capitale storica dei Montefeltro. Oltre che per la Fortezza, la Pieve e il Duomo, San Leo è nota anche per quel misterioso e affascinante personaggio che fu il Conte "alchimista" Cagliostro, imprigionato nel Forte e lì morto nel 1795.
Gradara
Classico borgo antico, racchiuso da una lunga cinta muraria dove l'imponente castello completa il centro medievale. La Rocca fu ultimata dai Malatesta tra il 1307 e il 1325 e in seguito restaurata più volte. Vuole la leggenda che, proprio a Gradara, Casa Malatesta abbia vissuto la tragedia d'amore di Paolo e Francesca, cantata da Dante: "La bocca mi baciò tutta tremante..."

Etapes obligées: la forteresse des Malatesta, le couvent des Capucins, le marché au poisson du XIXe siècle, l'arc et sa place dédiée au pape Ganganelli, les "mystérieuses" grottes tufières et les magasins d'artisanat de fer forgé et d'impression sur étoffe à la rouille.
Saint-Marin
A 750 mètres d'altitude, l'Etat souverain le plus petit et le plus ancien du monde, qui maintient son indépendance et sa liberté depuis des siècles. Sur le mont Titano s'élancent les silhouettes des trois tours (la Guaita, la Cesta et le Montale), symbole de la république, une terre qui vante entre autre une remarquable tradition philatélique et numismatique, appréciée dans le monde entier.
Verucchio
De sa position stratégique, elle domine le splendide panorama de la vallée du Marecchia. A voir, la forteresse, la collégiale des saints Martin et François d'Assise et le Musée d'Archéologie.
San Leo
Au cœur de la vallée du Marecchia, sur un col de 600 mètres, San Leo s'affirme comme la capitale historique de la famille des Montefeltro. Elle est célèbre pour sa forteresse, son église paroissiale, sa cathédrale mais aussi pour le mystérieux et fascinant comte Cagliostro, alchimiste qui mourut en 1795 dans la forteresse où il était emprisonné.
Gradara
Classique petit bourg ancien, blotti derrière une longue muraille, dont le magnifique château, splendide exemple d'architecture militaire, complète le cadre médiéval. Sa forteresse, terminée entre 1307 et 1325 par les Malatesta, a subi plusieurs restaurations. La légende veut que ce lieu fut le cadre de la tragédie d'amour de Paolo et Francesca chantée par Dante dans la Divine Comédie: "Il me baisa, tout en tremblant, la bouche" (Enfer, Ve chant).
