Bio

I'm a 28 year old Norwegian woman married to a Japanese man. I have experience living in Japan and speaking the language, I lived and studied in Kyoto/Hiroshima for 3 years. Children's books, cultural articles as well as news articles and blogs are among the things I have translating experience with so far. I have interpreted for my husband Japanese-Norwegian and Norwegian/English-Japanese and for friends and family Japanese-Norwegian/English. I use translation in my everyday life and take great pride in translating correctly, as I know the consequences a bad translation may have.
