proti všem pojistným rizikům

wall-to-wall znamená celoplošný, ale v pojišovnictví bych to přeložila takto
Peer comment(s):

disagree lingua chick : This policy already is All Risks Policy, insured "proti vsem pojistnym rizikum". The "Wall to Wall " basis is an additional requirement specific for fine arts insurance. Wall-to-wall =celoplosny if you talk about carpets not insurance for works of art.

"ze steny na stenu"

Valuable paintings and works of art moved from A to B are generally covered by All Risk Insurance Policy on a "Wall to Wall" basis - doslova "ze steny na stenu".
