The document is from Mazatlan, and the term occurs in the phrase "equipo p/venoclisis normogotero". I know that it has to be an I.V. set of some sort, but don't know if "normogotero" refers to a certain kind of flow (i.e. faster or slower than a usual I.V.), or whether it just means "drip". Absent any substantiating evidence, I would probably translate it as "I.V. drip set" or "I.V. drip equipment", but would like some input from anyone who is familiar with the use of "normogotero".
