Lower / Upper Case words with Trados

I have a TM already populated. When I try to translate a new English file with sentences I am sure are in the TM, Trados doesn't recognize them because of the words case difference. I couldn't find how to make Trados Case In-Sensitive, so it would recognize these sentences.
The target language is Arabic, but don't think this is an issue here.

Appreciate all help with this regard.

Reorganize and Fuzzy Match value Aug 18, 2004

maybe you should at first reorganize your tm and then you can the fuzzy match value in the options.
