Studio 2009 Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite.dll'

Hi,

when I try to open a file in Studio 2009 I get this error message
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite.dll'
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
It happens with any file. Currently I am trying to open an XLF file.
