Hi everyone, I am using Trados Studio 2014. When translating a document, I sometimes use the " Add New Term" function under "terminology", to update my termbase. However, quite randomly, when saving the added term, SDL crashes after showing the message that SDL is not responding. There is no pattern to the crashes, they happen once in a while, and happen when I press on the "save" icon in the top left window (termbase viewer). Has anyone experi... Hi Cecile, This annoying problem happens to me frequently also. Not only under 2014 but already under 2011. So far I accepted this, but it interrupts work, because one has to restart Studio in order to be able to add more terms to the termbase... Might be a problem of computer memory space, or a Tados bug. Hi Ruth, Thank you for answering this message, as I was starting to believe that I was the lonely unlucky one with a bug... It could be a problem of memory space, but I have recently cleared a lot of space from my computer, and the problem still persists. If it is a bug, it would be nice if someone from Trados could help, as it is indeed a very frustrating issue. Do you know if there is a Trados helpdesk ? Thank you kindly, and hop...
