: 企業の倒産や解散に絡み契約譲渡、親会社による被子会社化又は業務委託契約や業務提携した関連会社への譲渡の可能性もあり、一概に「子会社化による譲渡」とは言えません。大文字のAffiliateであれば通常契約書前半でその定義が規定されているので、確認の上この条項を解釈すると誤認識を回避できます。これは「契約譲渡」の話であり、リンク先に記載されている「事業譲渡」とは別の話です。そもそもstructuringの対訳は再編ではありません。
