Framework for the conversation:

A dialogue between the leader and the organization was encouraged enabling the leader to assess themselves of their capabilities, their ambitions, career paths available and development options. A ***multi-input feedback*** on performance in the context of the changing business scenarios provided new knowledge and skills requirements of the role. From a personal point of view, exploration of motivations, “career anchors” and other kinds of personal fulfillment for the choice of learning’s was also done. The figure below summarizes the inputs to the individual plan that helped us define the right learning solution and evaluate its success.
