I think the correct phrasing would be "point of export", and that it is modified by "natural". As is suggested by 英辞郎, "named point of exportation" is "指定輸出地", and I presume that "point of export" can function as "輸出地". It seems to be a bit difficult to translate "natural" here, but I would render it as "なるべくしてなった" or "自然とそうなった". I think, someone has not set a specific place as "point of export", but, "in the course of nature", that place may become the point.

A natural port due to its location, maybe with deep waters, well-connected roads, and more importantly smack at the center of major shipping lanes.

「全訳」ABCはEast Capeによって加工された、または素材の林業製品を輸出する場合、大半を占める天然の輸出港だ。
