In Japanese it's Rob-bu, you can say "Watashi wa Robbu desu" which means "I am Rob" or you can also say "Robbu to mooshimasu" which means "I am called Rob" or "Watashi no namae wa Robbu desu" which means "My name is Rob". All of these expressions are standard, just depends which one you choose to use. HTH.
