掲載物件の注目度を上げる
空き家の写真より、家具を置いた状態の方が見た人の関心を引きやすいので、コンピューターグラフィックスで家具を置いて「掲載物件の注目度を上げる」と言っています。
ちなみに下記は virtual staging の画像などを制作する会社のホームページですが、WHY FILL YOUR EMPTY LISTING WITH VIRTUAL STAGING? と問い、答えの筆頭に INCREASE BUYER INTERESTを上げています。
