日本語の用語またはフレーズ オレドメ
This term appears in a couple of places on a spec sheet for what seems to be an electrical apparatus. Here’s how it appears:

オレドメ口元部の開きがないこと
オレドメ部でLG蛇管がスムーズ

Does anyone know what this is called in English?

説明:
Most of the usage I could find for オレドメ was for endoscopes.
This page has a good example of explanations in Japanese for what the part is in Japanese. https://astamuse.com/ja/published/JP/No/2008142334

Basically, it is the protective, cone shaped covering between the flexible portion of the insertion tube and the rigid operation controls that are held in-hand.

Searching for replacement parts on this section of a endoscope returns the phrase "Stress Boot", which appears to be the industry standardized term for that part. (see links). More casually, "boot" is a good term as well.

It should go without saying, but the example sentences are intended as two different usages, not a Japanese to English translation of the same sentence.
