ピアによる賛成(ネット数)： +1(hereafter, "XYZ") 説明： In many contracts, each party is often given a 2 or 3-letter abbreviation (as above) the first time they are mentioned, and all subsequent references to either company just use those abbreviations. Translators who think literal translation is best will not like this solution, but this is what I would do. It doesn't change meaning and adds clarity to the translation. Besides, with contracts, only one language (almost always the original) will be designated to be legally "in force," and the other only serves as reference. |
