Reach-Ins Freezers & Refrigerators
I assume that the context refers to something about a marketing strategy retail stores. So my suggestion may be wrong...
リーチ・イン refers to a type of freezers and refrigerators with glass doors through which you can see the inside of it.
On the other hand, エンド is an area where retail stores intend to have their customers to come back again to the store even after they check out the cash registers. It's part of marketing strategies.
It sounds to me that they are trying to promote something at both リーチイン and エンド.
