While working as an in-house translator for a Japanese automotive part company in the US, I acquired knowledge of various translations, including specifications, manuals, contracts, and company guidelines.
As a freelance translator, I have translated not only automotive-related documents, including safety regulations and training manuals, but also cutting technology presentation, coal fired power plant report, websites for companies and universities, and environmental education documents.
As a Japanese instructor at a university, I have taught all levels of Japanese classes. By preparing curricula and grading, I have deepened my knowledge and understanding of both Japanese and English.
