For years nothing seemed more important than making this catch, yet my prey continued to elude me. Graceful, clever, it outpaced me every step of the way, until it almost took my life. I fought well, but it was stronger. The rope broke, the boat capsized. I’m not even sure how I made it to shore, but I did. Now I have no use for this harpoon other than to decorate my old hut. One day, you shall have it. When the yearning for the hunt comes to you, it will be there, waiting.
