Requirements:

1. Native and professional fluency in Kirundi
2. Formal higher education or a terminal degree in Translation, Localization, or Applied Linguistics (from a recognized educational institution). 
a. OR 5 years of DOCUMENTED experience in translation 
3. CAT tool experience a. Ability to answer procedural, linguistic, technical, and quality assurance questions about working within CAT tools. 
4. DOCUMENTED experience working in the following domains:
 i. Education/Pedagogy 
ii. Legal 
iii. Medical 
iv. E-Learning 
v. UI/Software 
5. DOCUMENTED experience working with other LSPs a. Ideally, candidates with numerous positive reviews from verified translation buyers. 
6. Pre-screened/Certified Professional accounts on ProZ. 
7. Published portfolio/translation samples
