German to Italian – Translation – Inspection records of automated doors. Technical and sometimes tricky. For instance how do you translate "Drehflügeltür"? Careful there, because it's not a "Drehtür"! The right answer is "porta a battenti" not "porta girevole". 
English > Italian – Proofreading – Report on air quality in the EU. Not all EU Member States comply with the limit values, that's why the European Commission has already launched several formal infringement procedures. How do you translate "letter of formal notice" in this context? That's "lettera di costituzione in mora". https://bit.ly/2UKWn1h  2 users
English > Italian – Translation – Best practices to fight forced or compulsory labor. Lots of specific concepts and terms. For instance, how do you translate "bonded labor"? Answer: "servitù per debiti" o "schiavitù per debiti". 
French > Italian – Translation – Description of the role and tasks of a quality manager in the manufacturing industry. Very technical. For example how do you translate "cahier des charges"? What you find in the dictionary is "capitolato d'oneri", but the best translation here is actually "specifiche (tecniche)". 
French > Italian – Translation – Second part of the information boards for tourists visiting a salt mine. Once again the challenge to be precise yet pleasant. German > Italian - Tourism – Website of a hotel in the Alps. Some parts describe the hotel and its services in quite a straightforward way, others describe the local area (with its nature, culture and traditions) in a very poetic way. It's quite challenging, but also enjoyable.
English > Italian – Press release about the European Championships 2018. I knew nothing about this new sporting event and now I'm learning all about it. I love my job!  1 user1 user
