@Joanbo1 Tak, bardzo mi się podoba owe zrozumienie pojęcia kolokacji przez Koleżankę. Tak często zapominamy czym są kolokacje- że to stałe, wręcz nienaruszalne zwroty.

I think the choice "supplier vs provider" depends on context, for example:

"supply of goods and services"
"internet service provider"
"Are You A Commodity Supplier Or A Solutions Provider?"

or like in one of your links:

"electronically supplied services" when talking about type of service delivery.
