I have actually translated 事例紹介 as "Case Study" on several similar occasions, so I would agree with your first interpretation of "Case Study", or "Case Studies" if there are more than one in the presentation.

: I would suggest "case presentation" rather than "case introduction".

Cases
It *might* not be necessary to explicitly say "Presentation" (more natural than "Introduction") in the title if it's clear from the context that that's what it is. Especially if there is more to the title than this, as you'll want to keep the title as concise as possible. Just a thought.
